How does annual billing work?
Annual plans are charged in full today and renew automatically every year until canceled. You still receive your generation allowance monthly — 50, 125 or 250 depending on the plan.
What happens when I run out of generations?
Generation pauses until your next monthly allowance period, or you can upgrade instantly from Billing.
Do unused generations roll over?
No. Your allowance resets at the start of each monthly allowance period.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel any time from Billing — you keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Will my product ever be redrawn?
Never. PLACED cuts out your real photograph and composites it into the scene, so your label, finish and shape stay exactly as photographed.
Can I use the images commercially?
Yes. HD downloads on any paid plan are cleared for your storefront, marketplaces, email and paid advertising.
How many films does a Cinema Credit make?
A Cinema Credit measures length, not videos. 6–8 second Cinema costs 1 credit and 9–12 second Cinema costs 2. 10 credits can create up to 10 6–8-second films or 5 9–12-second films. Native sound is included at no additional credit.
Who can get Cinema?
Business includes 30 Cinema Credits every month. Creator and Pro can add the Cinema Add-On for $29/month or $249/year, which adds 10 credits each monthly period. Business can't buy the add-on because Cinema is already included.
Do Cinema Credits roll over?
Monthly Cinema Credits refresh each period and don't roll over. Credits you top up separately never expire and are used after your monthly ones.
What does one Campaign Credit create?
One coordinated still-image campaign set built around your own product. Films are separate and use Film Credits.
Do Campaign Credits expire?
Credits you buy never expire. Credits included with Pro and Business refresh every month and don't roll over.
Do annual subscribers get everything up front?
No — annual plans receive their included Campaign Credits monthly, the same as monthly plans.
Do I need a membership to unlock Campaigns?
No. Any signed-in customer can buy them. Pro and Business simply pay less per credit.
